Watermarks & Digital Protection
Some products may include invisible or visible watermarks for copyright protection. Removal or alteration of watermarks is strictly prohibited.
4. Artwork & Creative Property Protection
All artwork featured in Drawn to Hope™ products — including illustrations, sketches, paintings, graphics, digital artwork, mixed-media elements, and visual examples provided in lesson plans or devotionals — is the exclusive intellectual property of Drawn to Hope™ and Melissa Codi.
By purchasing or accessing any product, you receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only. You agree that you may not, under any circumstances:
Copy, trace, reproduce, or re-draw the artwork for resale, redistribution, or publication.
Use the artwork to create derivative works for commercial gain.
Upload any of the artwork to AI-training tools, public galleries, print-on-demand platforms, or third-party sites.
Remove, crop out, or alter copyright notices or branding on any of the artwork.
Claim the artwork as your own, in either digital or traditional form.
All rights not expressly granted remain fully reserved by Drawn to Hope™. Unauthorized use of artwork may result in revocation of access, termination of license, and pursuit of legal remedies available under U.S. copyright law.

5. Payments & Refund Policy
Payments are processed at checkout via PayPal or other approved methods.
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds will not be issued once access is granted or a file is downloaded.
Any subscription services will follow the terms presented at signup.
